HALLA BOL.... this is one movie that has really come after a long long time wherein the idea of staying MUMB is severely beaten... Rating for me would be a 4 on 5... the sheer miss of 1 unit is probably cos it not another RDB ... Halla Bol is a tight script with the relevance of each character and sub-plot... I have been an ardent follower of this director, Rajkumar Santoshi, cos of the sheer courage of making movies relevant to society: Ghayal, Ghatak, Damini, Andaaz apna apna(A cult movie), Lajja( women oriented subject: Madhuri and rekha fending the best performers )... And now Halla Bol... Way to go Man... I hope that this mviedoes well for the sheer sake of removing mediocrity from Bollywood.. All credit to Pankaj Kapur and Ajay Devgan. Cheers

It came to me as a shock that later materialised as Joke.. Racial comments by an Indian (Bhajji) to an Australian(Andrew Symonds) on the cricket ground.. Now there are few loopholes in the story: 1) An Indian commenting (allegedly calling Andrew a Monkey)... We Indians hardly argue on field .. Remember we are Shantipriya ppl.....(or else how wud u explain Bristishers ruling us >200 years) and also wen we ourselves suffer from a menace called Caste system 2) Abusive language and physical abuse are all related with high-adrenaline games such as Football and Basket ball and rarely with Cricket synonymous to Gentlemen game....However , Caucaseans and Pakistanis are exceptions 3) Also Abusive language : Hmm instintively we use mother tongue when we abuse ppl .. so that means either Punjabi or Hindi .. Y wil he use MONKEY at the first place that may screw him biig time 4) Is Monkey a race ???

I mean instinctively a person will speak out on his/her mother- tongue which in this case will be either Punjabi or Hindi .. Y will he speak in English was the first question that tinkered me .. Moreover, We Indians generally are peace-lovn ppl...Know the term "Shantipriya" else how wud we explain being under Britishers for >200 years... Lastly, is Monkey a Race ....

This was the day... i was doomed.. the day was SUNDAY and the date 18th November... I went to watch a movie called Saanwariya (Now dont consider me as Rani Laksmibai for the courage that I gathered to watch this movie.. huh)... Actually after a week of work, we wanted to enjoy and so went to watch a movie.. although the reviews and the critics already terorized me biiig time .. but then we thought taht if we can watch a movie called AAG.. then this can be another feather on the cap... the movie began and my agony also ... The whole movie set uo in some hypothetical town ... No Actually the english dictionary doesnt have a word to describe the place.. and in an era that is neither nor present... So first we need to find the ERA and LOCATION....And If we make that out we need not clear a CAT or a GRE.. that wil just show that we are intelligent and have an aptitude.. huh.. The whole set-up was bichromatic(blue and green).....Also the colors that these characters wore were either blue bl...

Jab we met .. Yes this was one movie in recent past after Chak De that I enjoyed thoroughly and it was a grt experience.. i planned this movie with one of my very close friend.. and we have not met for almost 2 years .. So teh name was a coincidence ..... We really had a blast especially since the charactr of Geet resembled me in so many ways that it was really a pleasant experince althrough .. Shahid KApur, kareena kapoor and the music were turn on.. the second half with the hyper-energetic family etal was the worst part

This weekend I got this grt opportunity to visit Delhi for a family gathering.. Hey do not worry ... This blog wont have the experience for the family gathering..(That i m sure wont bring any curiosity in ur minds).. Here i m discussing about the Air travel in India..
